The new Managing Director, Iris O’Connell, has been involved with the lettings department for the past 6 years and was part of the original team at BTF Lister prior to the purchase by Humberts in 2006.

Following the reorganisation within Humberts and subsequent take back by BTF (South East) LLP it was decided to divide the company into its areas of expertise. With the continued support of the lettings team comprising of
Vicky Cranthorne (Lettings Negotiator / Office Manager), Paul Lang (Maintenance Coordinator) and Samantha Douglas (Accounts Coordinator), iConn intends to maintain and improve on the existing high level of service provided and has plans to expand the business going forward.
